Business Development Specialist

Role Overview:We are looking for a proactive and high-performing Business Development Executive with provenexperience in product-based sales, particularly ERP solutions. This role is ideal for someone who thrivesin a fast-paced environment and is passionate about driving business growth through strategic clientengagement and solution-based selling.ResponsibilitiesGenerate and qualify leads through outbound prospecting (cold calls, emails, LinkedIn outreach) and manage inbound enquiries.Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve revenue targets for ERP and related solutions.Identify and prospect mid-size to enterprise-level clients across multiple industries.Deliver compelling product demonstrations and value-based presentations tailored to client needs.Own the entire sales cycle: prospecting, qualification, proposal, negotiation, and closure.Maintain accurate pipeline and activity tracking in CRM tools; ensure timely follow-ups and reporting.Consistently achieve or exceed monthly/quarterly sales targets.Required SkillsProven experience in B2B sales, preferably in ERP products (e.g., Odoo, SAP, Oracle, etc.)Solid understanding of ERP workflows (Finance, HR, Manufacturing, etc.).Demonstrated success in cold calling, lead generation, and closing deals.Strong communication and consultative selling skills with the ability to influencedecision-makers.Experience in enterprise buying cycles, building a pipeline, and consultative sales processes.Experience managing the complete sales cycle, including account management and renewals.Track record of consistently meeting or exceeding sales quotas.Qualifications:Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, IT, or a related field.MBA (Sales/Marketing) is an added advantage.
