Business Development Executive – Technology Solutions Intern

We are looking for a motivated Business Development Executive Intern to help grow NoobSync's technology services business.

You will work closely with the founder to identify new business opportunities, build client relationships, generate qualified leads, and support the sales process for AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, Automation, SaaS, and Digital Transformation services.

This role is ideal for someone interested in technology sales, consulting, entrepreneurship, and startup growth.

Responsibilities

Identify potential clients across startups, SMEs, enterprises, and educational institutions.

Generate qualified leads through LinkedIn, email, referrals, communities, and outbound outreach.

Build and maintain prospect databases.

Schedule discovery meetings and demos.

Support proposal preparation and client follow-ups.

Research industries, competitors, and potential opportunities.

Coordinate with technical teams during pre-sales discussions.

Maintain CRM records and sales pipeline updates.

Assist with partnerships and strategic business initiatives.

Contribute ideas to improve sales processes and customer acquisition.

Requirements

Excellent communication skills.

Interest in B2B sales, consulting, or business development.

Comfortable speaking with founders, business owners, and decision-makers.

Self-motivated and target-oriented.

Basic understanding of AI, Cybersecurity, Cloud, or SaaS is preferred but not required.

Compensation

Duration: 6 Months

Stipend Structure

Month 1 (Probation): ₹2,500

Months 2–3: ₹5,000/month

Months 4–6: ₹10,000/month

Performance Incentives

Additional performance incentives may be provided.

Lead generation commissions may apply according to the Company's Commission Policy.
