About the job:Key responsibilities:

> Manage end-to-end accounting and financial operations for multiple companies registered in India and the US.

> Track, record, and reconcile all transactions across Indian and US bank accounts, payment gateways, and financial platforms.

> Handle Indian taxation, including GST, TDS, income tax compliance, and coordinate US tax filings and compliance with relevant professionals.

> Maintain accurate financial records, including invoices, expenses, vendor payments, employee salaries, reimbursements, and customer transactions.

> Manage accounts payable and receivable, payment follow-ups, outstanding balances, and monthly financial closing.

> Prepare monthly financial reports, profit and loss statements, cash flow reports, balance sheets, and company-wise financial summaries.

> Handle international transactions, foreign currency conversions, payment settlements, and relevant cross-border compliance documentation.

> Work with accounting software, Excel/Google Sheets, banking platforms, and financial tools to automate and streamline accounting processes.

> Coordinate with Chartered Accountants, tax consultants, and auditors in India and the US to ensure timely filings and compliance.
