Accounts Executive GST & Accounting Compliance Job Description Experience/: 0 to 3 yrs Salary/: Based on Company Norms Education/: Any Degree related to Accounting Location/: In And Around Chennai Your Duties/: General Ledger & Journal Entries/: Post daily financial transactions, voucher entries, accruals, prepayments, and adjustment journals into accounting software /(Tally Prime, SAP, Quick Books, Zoho Books/).

Accounts Payable & Receivable Management/: Process vendor invoices, match purchase orders /(3/-way matching/), verify billing terms, track customer receivables, issue debit/credit notes, and execute timely payment runs. Bank & Account Reconciliations/: Perform daily and monthly bank reconciliations, vendor ledger reconciliations, customer statement reconciliations, and inter/-company account balances.

Statutory Compliance & Taxation Support/: Calculate, deduct, and track statutory dues including TDS, TCS, GST, EPF, and ESI; assist in preparing monthly GST returns and TDS filings.
