SEO Executive

Job Description: Junior SEO ExecutiveAbout the RoleWe are looking for a motivated junior SEO executive with 1–2 years of hands-on experience to join our marketing team. The ideal candidate will support the planning and execution of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO activities to help improve organic search visibility, traffic, and rankings.Key Responsibilities●      Conduct keyword research and analysis to identify growth opportunities●      Perform on-page SEO optimization (meta titles, descriptions, headers, internal linking, content optimization)●      Assist in off-page SEO activities including link building, guest posting, and outreach●      Support basic technical SEO tasks (sitemap updates, robots.txt checks, broken link fixes, page speed monitoring)●      Track and report keyword rankings, organic traffic, and other SEO KPIs using tools like Google Search Console and Google Analytics●      Monitor website performance and identify issues affecting search rankings●      Coordinate with the content team to ensure SEO best practices are followed in blogs, landing pages, and website copy●      Stay updated with the latest search engine algorithm updates and industry trends●      Assist in competitor analysis and benchmarkingRequired Skills & Qualifications●      Bachelor's degree in Marketing, IT, or a related field●      1–2 years of relevant experience in SEO or digital marketing●      Working knowledge of SEO tools such as Google Search Console, Google Analytics, SEMrush, Ahrefs, or Moz●      Basic understanding of HTML/CSS as it relates to SEO●      Good analytical and reporting skills (Excel/Google Sheets)●      Strong written and verbal communication skills●      Ability to work independently as well as in a teamGood to Have●      Knowledge of local SEO and Google My Business optimization●      Basic understanding of WordPress or other CMS platforms●      Familiarity with schema markup and structured data●      Exposure to social media or content marketing
