Bancassurance Sales Executive

We are seeking a motivated and dynamic Bancassurance Sales Executive to join our team in Maharashtra. The ideal candidate will be responsible for driving sales of life insurance products through bancassurance channels, collaborating closely with banking partners to maximize sales opportunities. This role requires a proactive approach to customer engagement and a strong understanding of the financial services industry, particularly in the BFSI sector.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and maintain relationships with banking partners to promote life insurance products.
• Conduct field sales activities to generate leads and convert them into sales.
• Provide exceptional customer service and support to clients throughout the sales process.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to implement promotional strategies that drive sales.
• Stay updated on industry trends and product knowledge to effectively communicate benefits to clients.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in life insurance sales, bancassurance sales, or direct sales.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with clients and partners.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced environment.
• Knowledge of the BFSI sector and understanding of financial products.
• Excellent negotiation and closing skills.
