Hiring — QA / Trainer / Team Lead   Processes: Dubai Banking Sales | Yoummday Inbound 24×7   Salary: ₹30000–₹45,000 on paper | Experience: 1 year+ 6 days working 1 rotational week off : shifts 6am To 3pm ,2pm To 11pm, 11pm To 7am We are hiring for Quality Analyst, Trainer, and Team Lead roles to support two live voice operations: Dubai banking sales support and Yoummday inbound customer experience (24×7 rotational shifts). QA   Monitor and score calls against process, accuracy, verification, and compliance; flag critical and fatal errors; give structured feedback; support calibration and quality reporting. Trainer   Deliver process, product, and compliance training; run mocks and certification; support nesting and refreshers when scripts or SOPs change. Team Lead   Lead a small advisor team; drive adherence, performance, and escalations; run daily huddles; maintain floor discipline across assigned shifts. Common requirements   1 year+ relevant experience in voice BPO / sales support / inbound | Strong communication | Process and compliance orientation | Willingness to work rotational shifts where required | WFO   Interested candidates may share updated CV with role preference (QA / Trainer / TL) and process preference if any.
