The ideal candidate will possess 2 to 5 years of experience in export and import operations and a degree from a recognized institution.The Export Import Executive will be responsible for managing and coordinating import and export activities, ensuring compliance with national and international trade regulations.Key responsibilities include:- Documentation Management: Prepare and handle all necessary shipping documents, such as invoices, packing lists, and bills of lading, ensuring accuracy and compliance.- Customs Clearance: Coordinate with customs brokers and authorities to ensure timely clearance of shipments, keeping abreast of relevant regulations and documentation requirements.- Logistics Coordination: Work closely with freight forwarders and logistics partners to arrange transportation of goods, optimizing cost and delivery timelines.- Communication: Maintain clear communication with suppliers, customers, and internal teams to ensure a smooth flow of operations and resolve any issues that may arise.- Market Research: Conduct research on international markets and competitors to identify potential opportunities and challenges for exports and imports.The ideal candidate should possess strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple tasks simultaneously.
