We are seeking a Production Head to oversee our manufacturing processes in Sonipat, India. The ideal candidate will have 10 to 15 years of experience, demonstrate strong leadership qualities, and have a proven track record in production management.Candidate experience should be in home appliances line like water heater, room heater induction, fans, kettle Etc.Job Location will be Farmana, Gohana kharkhoda road, Sonipat.Key Responsibilities:1. Production Oversight: Manage the overall production process, ensuring that manufacturing targets are met efficiently and on time. This involves planning, organizing, and coordinating production schedules.2. Team Leadership: Lead and mentor a team of production staff, fostering a collaborative and high-performance work culture.
