Sales & Marketing Manager

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sales & Marketing Manager to join our team in West Bengal. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in B2B sales, particularly within the industrial sector, and will be responsible for driving sales growth and developing marketing strategies for our range of industrial products, including hoists and suspended access systems.

In this role, you will be tasked with identifying new business opportunities, building and maintaining relationships with key clients, and collaborating with cross-functional teams to ensure customer satisfaction. You will also be responsible for analyzing market trends and competitor activities to inform our sales strategies.

Key responsibilities include:

• Developing and executing sales and marketing plans to achieve revenue targets.
• Conducting market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
• Building and nurturing relationships with existing and prospective clients in the PSU and government sectors.
• Collaborating with product development teams to align offerings with market needs.
• Preparing sales presentations and proposals to effectively communicate our value proposition.
• Monitoring sales performance and providing regular reports to senior management.

The successful candidate will possess strong communication and negotiation skills, a proven track record in industrial sales, and the ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Familiarity with government procurement processes and experience in the industrial technical product sector will be advantageous.
