Job Responsibilities

Lead and manage the Agency business across the assigned region.

Drive business growth and achieve regional sales targets.

Recruit, train, mentor, and manage Agency Sales Managers and field teams.

Develop and maintain strong relationships with agents/advisors.

Drive advisor activation, productivity, and retention.

Monitor team performance and implement strategies to improve business results.

Ensure effective execution of company sales processes and initiatives.

Analyze market trends and identify new business opportunities.

Ensure compliance with company policies and regulatory guidelines.

Candidate Profile

Minimum 30 years and maximum 40 years of age.

Relevant experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel.

Strong experience in sales, team handling, recruitment, and business development.

Good leadership, communication, and relationship-management skills.

Candidates with relevant regional/team-management experience will be preferred.

Compensation

13 LPA 20 LPA + applicable incentives/benefits
