Partnership Associate

About the job:

Are you a confident and outgoing professional who enjoys networking, meeting people, and building business relationships? Stirring Minds is looking for a partnership associate to develop and manage partnerships that can contribute to the growth of FlashSpace. This is a field-oriented role where you will be required to visit different client and partner locations, meet potential business partners, understand their requirements, and identify opportunities for collaboration.

Key Responsibilities:

1. Identify and develop new partnership opportunities with businesses, startups, SMEs, professionals, and other potential partners.

2. Conduct market research to identify businesses and locations with potential for partnerships.

3. Reach out to potential partners through calls, LinkedIn, WhatsApp, email, referrals, and networking.

4. Visit potential client and partner locations for meetings, presentations, discussions, and relationship building.

5. Understand partner requirements and explore mutually beneficial collaboration opportunities.

6. Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential partners.

7. Coordinate meetings, discussions, negotiations, and follow-ups with potential partners.

8. Maintain an updated database of partnerships, contacts, meetings, follow-ups, and opportunities in the CRM.

9. Follow up consistently with prospective partners and move suitable opportunities forward.

10. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth execution of partnership opportunities.

11. Explore new markets, businesses, and locations to expand the partnership network.

12. Track field visits, meetings, leads, conversions, and partnership performance and share regular reports with the manager.
