Role & responsibilities -
We are seeking a versatile, highly energetic HR & Admin Professional to manage our corporate headquarters at DNK Square. You will handle the entire employee lifecycle while ensuring smooth day-to-day office operations. This role requires excellent people skills, absolute confidentiality, and a proactive approach to managing office facilities, vendors, and team culture.
Preferred candidate profile -
1. Core Human Resource Management
Recruitment: Source, screen, and schedule interviews for open roles across Sales, Finance, Legal, Engineering, and Site Construction teams.
On boarding: Manage the joiner process, issue offer letters, set up workstations, and lead corporate induction.
Attendance & Leaves: Track daily biometric logs, leave balances, and site attendance for payroll processing.
Employee Relations: Act as the primary point of contact for employee grievances, workplace policies, and query resolution.
Engagement: Plan and execute employee engagement activities, festive celebrations, and team-building events.
Exit Management: Handle exit interviews, resignation paperwork, and full-and-final settlement clearances.
2. General Office Administration
Facility Management: Maintain the upkeep, cleanliness, and premium look of the executive office at DNK Square.
Front Office Oversight: Supervise front desk activities, incoming couriers, guest hospitality, and telephone lines.
Asset & Inventory Management: Track company assets (laptops, phones) and maintain optimum stocks of office stationery, pantry supplies, and printing materials.
Vendor Coordination: Manage relationships with facility vendors, AMC providers (AC, printers), security agencies, and office boys.
Invoice Processing: Verify administrative bills, process vendor payments with the finance team, and manage petty cash.
3. Travel & Executive Ad-hoc Support
Travel Coordination: Arrange flights, hotels, and local cabs for project heads, consultants, and directors.
Document Management: Maintain secure, confidential physical and digital employee files, corporate contracts, and statutory documents.
Key Performance Indicators (KPIs)
Time-to-Hire: Filling vacant roles with qualified talent within agreed timelines.
Office Upkeep: Ensuring 100% uptime of office infrastructure and zero stock-outs of essential supplies.
Data Accuracy: Maintaining error-free attendance records and employee databases.
Compliance & Trust: Total adherence to data confidentiality and internal HR policies.
