Team Manager - Client Onboarding

We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Team Manager for our Client Onboarding department. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in client onboarding processes, particularly within the captive banking sector. This role is crucial for ensuring that our clients have a seamless onboarding experience while adhering to KYC (Know Your Customer) regulations and conducting periodic reviews.

As a Team Manager, you will lead a team responsible for managing the onboarding of new clients, ensuring that all necessary documentation is collected and verified in a timely manner. You will be expected to develop and implement strategies to improve the onboarding process, enhance client satisfaction, and ensure compliance with regulatory requirements.

Key responsibilities include:

• Overseeing the client onboarding process from initiation to completion, ensuring all steps are followed accurately.
• Leading and mentoring a team of onboarding specialists, providing guidance and support to ensure high performance.
• Conducting periodic reviews of client accounts to ensure compliance with KYC regulations and internal policies.
• Collaborating with other departments, such as compliance and risk management, to ensure a smooth onboarding experience.
• Identifying areas for improvement in the onboarding process and implementing changes to enhance efficiency and client satisfaction.

The successful candidate will possess strong leadership skills, excellent communication abilities, and a thorough understanding of client onboarding and KYC processes. Experience in captive banking and familiarity with CLM (Client Lifecycle Management) will be advantageous.
