1. Find relevant and high-quality websites for guest posting and link-building campaigns.

2. Research websites based on niche, traffic, authority, relevance, and other SEO metrics.

3. Contact website owners, editors, and publishers through email.

4. Send outreach emails and manage regular follow-ups.

5. Communicate with publishers regarding guest posts, link insertions, pricing, and publishing requirements.

6. Negotiate with publishers to get suitable prices and placement opportunities.

7. Maintain website and outreach data in Excel/Google Sheets.

8. Track replies, negotiations, orders, and published backlinks.

9. Check live posts and ensure links are placed correctly.

10. Research competitor backlinks and identify new website opportunities.

11.
