Warehouse Supervisor

Key Responsibilities 1. Daily Operations & Logistics Management • Receiving & Dispatch: Oversee the incoming delivery of materials and the final shipping of finished products to customers or 3PL trucks. • Workflow Optimization: Assign workloads, set daily schedules, and manage shift rotations for warehouse associates. • Space & Layout Management: Determine product handling and storage requirements to maximize warehouse space and layout efficiency. 2. Inventory Control & System Tracking • Stock Accuracy: Conduct regular physical counts, cycle counts, and monthly stock reconciliations to investigate and resolve discrepancies. • Data Entry: Maintain real-time records of inbound and outbound shipments utilizing Warehouse Management Systems (WMS) or ERPs like SAP. 3. Team Leadership & Personnel Management • Supervision & Training: Lead, brief, and train new and existing staff on company protocols, proper material handling, and equipment usage. • Performance Monitoring: Track shift productivity and performance metrics (KPIs) to implement corrective workflows.
