Role Description The Lead Generation Specialist US Taxation (1040) | F-1, OPT, H-1B & NRI Tax Services is a full-time remote role focused on identifying and qualifying prospective clients for Taxquity Advisors US tax and immigration service offerings. The specialist will research target markets, build and maintain lead lists, and generate new leads through digital channels, social media, referrals, and professional networks. Day-to-day responsibilities include outreach to potential clients, nurturing leads through calls, emails, and messages, and coordinating with the sales and advisory teams to ensure smooth handoff of qualified prospects.

The role involves maintaining accurate records in CRM tools, tracking lead performance, and providing feedback on campaigns and messaging. The specialist will also collaborate with marketing to refine lead generation strategies and support initiatives targeting F-1, OPT, H-1B, NRIs, and other international clients.

Key Responsibilities

Build and maintain lead-generation and referral partnerships with visa/immigration consultancies, education consultants, recruitment firms, universities and other relevant organizations.Demonstrated ability in lead generation and identifying new leads within US taxation and immigration service markets.Strong communication skills, including clear verbal and written outreach to diverse, international client segments.Coordinate with referral partners to generate consented prospective-client leads for Taxquity Advisors' U.S. Federal and State tax services.Background in sales or business development, with experience converting qualified leads into consultations or opportunities.Solid research skills to analyze markets, client profiles (F-1, OPT, H-1B, NRI), and digital channels for prospecting.Experience using CRM or lead management tools and basic data tracking in spreadsheets or dashboards.Ability to work independently in a remote environment, manage priorities, and meet lead and activity targets.Bachelors degree in Business, Marketing, Finance, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.Prior experience in tax, immigration, financial services, or professionalExperience in lead generation, sales, telecalling or business development preferred.

Qualification

Bachelor's degree RequiredMBA / PGDM PreferredB.Com, BBA, Finance, Commerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related qualifications preferred.Prior knowledge or experience in US Taxation / Form 1040 is an added advantage.
