Chief Business Officer (Co-Founding Role, ESOP-Based)

In2Fest is a marketplace and business management platform for the Indian wedding and events industry, built by Campussafar Technologies Private Limited. We give vendors, such as photographers, decorators, and venues, their own website, booking calendar, and GST billing, while couples use the platform to discover and compare vendors.

We are looking for a Chief Business Officer to take full ownership of vendor sales, growth strategy, and brand and social media. You will work directly with the founder on product-market fit, revenue growth, and building the founding go-to-market team.

This is an ESOP-based leadership role, not a salaried position at this stage. It suits someone with hands-on experience in sales, growth, or business development who wants to build something real rather than advise from the side. The product is live, we have a working team, and there are real revenue targets already in motion.
