Assist customers with itinerary planning , fare rules, baggage policies, and travel documentation guidance. Coordinate with airlines, consolidators, and vendors for smooth travel arrangements. Handle PNR creation, modifications, queue handling, and schedule changes . Support clients with visa-related travel information and general travel advice where required. Ensure timely follow-up on quotations, confirmations, and travel requests. Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, refunds, and customer communication. Deliver professional customer service and resolve travel-related issues promptly. Required Skills & Qualifications:Minimum 2 years of experience in a travel agency / ticketing / reservations role. Strong working knowledge of Amadeus and Galileo . Good knowledge of Low Cost Carriers (LCCs) booking procedures. Sound knowledge of international and domestic airfare structures , routing, and fare rules. Ability to handle reissues, refunds, cancellations, and schedule changes . Good communication and customer handling skills. Ability to work under pressure and manage multiple bookings efficiently. Basic knowledge of visa requirements , travel insurance, and holiday/travel services will be an added advantage. Proficiency in MS Office / Email correspondence . Preferred Candidate Profile:Smart, confident, and customer-oriented personality. Good problem-solving and coordination skills. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in booking and ticketing.
