Capital Projects Manager

Core Responsibilities:

Project Planning and Budgeting: Develop capital expenditure plans, cost estimates, and comprehensive budgets while tracking ongoing expenses.Governance and project management offices Oversight: Set up project management offices, define governance routines, and manage risk, issue, and change logs.Schedule and Controls: Monitor timelines, milestones, and deliverables using scheduling tools.Stakeholder Management: Act as the main liaison between clients, suite executives, contractors, architects, and engineering teams.Compliance and Quality Control: Ensure adherence to safety regulations, building codes, and technical specifications.
