Looking For International BPO Executive

We are looking for an International BPO Executive to join our team in Rajarhat. In this role, you will interact with international clients and help them with their inquiries and issues.Key Responsibilities:- Customer Support: Provide assistance to customers via phone, email, or chat to resolve their queries efficiently and effectively.- Issue Resolution: Identify customer problems and offer suitable solutions, ensuring that customer satisfaction is maintained.- Data Entry: Accurately enter customer information and feedback into our systems to ensure records are up to date and complete.- Sales Support: Assist in promoting our services and products, contributing to sales objectives by guiding customers through the purchase process.- Feedback Collection: Gather and document customer feedback to help improve our services and enhance the overall client experience.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should have 1 to 4 years of experience in a BPO or customer service role.
