Inside Sales Executive

Job Role We are looking for an Inside Sales Executive to join our team. The main responsibility of this role is to generate leads through calls and follow-ups . Responsibilities Make outbound calls to potential customers. Generate leads through regular calling. Explain the company and services to customers. Understand customer requirements. Identify interested customers. Follow up with potential customers. Share qualified leads with the concerned team. Maintain customer and lead details in the CRM. Update daily calling and follow-up records. Achieve daily and monthly lead generation targets. Handle basic customer queries. Maintain good and professional communication with customers. Coordinate with the sales team for proper lead handover. Requirements 12th pass or Graduate. Freshers can apply. Good communication skills. Comfortable with making calls. Basic computer knowledge. Good follow-up skills. Positive attitude and willingness to learn. Ability to work with daily targets. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in telecalling, inside sales, lead generation, or customer support will be preferred.
