Job Purpose Responsible for overall planning, execution, supervision, quality, manpower, material management, client coordination, and timely completion of construction and precast projects. Key Responsibilities Plan and manage complete project execution from work order to handover. Prepare project schedules, manpower plans, material requirements and daily targets. Coordinate with Site Supervisors, Engineers, Factory, Purchase, Transport and Management. Monitor installation of precast boundary walls, RCC products and other construction works. Ensure work is executed according to approved drawings, specifications and company standards. Monitor material consumption, wastage, labour productivity and project costs. Conduct regular site inspections and resolve execution-related issues. Coordinate with clients, contractors and other site representatives. Check measurements, work progress and billing quantities. Ensure proper quality control and finishing of completed work. Maintain project documentation, progress reports, photographs and daily records. Identify delays and immediately report major issues to management. Ensure proper safety practices and discipline at the project site. Submit daily/weekly project progress reports to management. Take responsibility for achieving project completion within the approved time and budget. Performance Targets Timely project completion. Quality as per company standards. Minimum material wastage. Site Supervisor – Precast & Construction Job Title: Site Supervisor Department: Site Operations Location: Project Sites – West Bengal Reporting To: Project Manager / Management Team Job Purpose To supervise daily site activities and ensure that workers execute precast and construction work safely, correctly and according to company instructions. Key Responsibilities Supervise daily installation and construction activities at the project site. Manage workers, installation teams and subcontract labour. Ensure proper alignment, level, measurement and finishing of precast panels and columns. Supervise excavation, foundation preparation, PCC/concrete work and installation activities as applicable. Check incoming materials and report shortages or damage immediately. Maintain daily records of materials received and consumed. Allocate work to workers according to the daily target. Ensure workers follow company instructions and site safety requirements. Monitor productivity and prevent unnecessary material wastage. Coordinate with the Project Manager regarding site requirements. Take daily site photographs and prepare progress updates. Record completed running feet / square feet / quantities as applicable. Inform management immediately about client complaints, site obstacles, labour issues or material shortages. Maintain proper housekeeping and ensure the work area is kept organized. Assist in site measurements and client inspections. Ensure completed work is properly finished before requesting inspection/handover. Daily Reporting The Site Supervisor must submit: 1. Workers present 2. Material received 3. Material consumed 4. Work completed 5. Balance work 6. Site photographs 7. Site problems/issues 8. Next-day material and manpower requirements Performance Targets Daily work target achievement. Proper quality and alignment. Minimum material wastage. Proper worker management. Accurate daily reporting. Safe and disciplined site operations. Timely completion of assigned work. Important Company Rule The Site Supervisor is responsible for site discipline, work quality, manpower utilization and accurate reporting. Any major issue, delay, material shortage or client complaint must be immediately reported to the Project Manager/Management Team.
