Candidate Requirements - ITI Electrician / Diploma in Electrical / equivalent qualification preferred. - Solar installation experience is preferred, but freshers with good electrical knowledge can also apply. - Knowledge of electrical wiring, tools and basic troubleshooting. - Physically fit and comfortable working at height. - Willingness to travel across Tamil Nadu. - Should be responsible, punctual and willing to learn. - Two-wheeler driving licence preferred. Important This is a field-based job. Working hours may vary depending on the project and site requirements. Travel outside Salem may be required. Salary ₹20,000 – ₹30,000+ per month, depending on experience and skill level. Experienced candidates with strong solar installation and troubleshooting skills can be considered for a higher salary.
