Perform maintenance and service repairs on pneumatic controls, electric controls and humidity controls. 6.Implement indoor air quality control and conduct confidential reports to risk management on IAQ issues and act as a liaison for technical support for resolving problems. 7.Monitor and test water conditions in hot water and chilled water systems using chemical treatment. 8. Performing maintenance and service repairs on hot water and chilled water piping, along with air and hydronic balancing. 9.Carrying out PM as per the schedules and cleaning the prefilters with in the frequency.
