Key Responsibilities:

HR Strategy & Transformation:

• Develop and execute a comprehensive HR strategy aligned with the organization's long-term business objectives.

• Reimagine and modernize existing HR systems, policies, and processes to improve efficiency and employee experience.

• Lead organizational transformation initiatives that foster innovation, agility, and accountability.

• Benchmark HR practices against leading organizations and implement best-in-class people initiatives.

Organization Development:

• Drive organization design, workforce planning, and succession planning.

• Build a high-performance culture through effective performance management frameworks.

• Lead change management initiatives during business expansion and transformation.

• Strengthen employee engagement, organizational culture, and leadership effectiveness.

Talent Management:

• Develop robust talent acquisition strategies for leadership, technical, and frontline roles.

• Build leadership development and succession planning programs.

• Design competency frameworks and career progression models.

• Enhance employer branding and employee value proposition.

HR Policies & Governance:

• Review, redesign, and implement modern HR policies and governance frameworks.

• Ensure compliance with labour laws and statutory regulations.

Learning & Development:
