Pre-Primary Teacher

The Montessori Teacher is responsible for creating a  calm, respectful, child-centred and prepared learning environment  where children can learn independently at their own pace. The teacher acts as a  guide and observer , rather than simply delivering instructions. The teacher should understand each child's individual needs, interests and developmental stage and provide appropriate Montessori materials and activities to support their  cognitive, physical, social, emotional and language development
