About the job:Key Responsibilities:

1. Handle domestic holiday enquiries received through phone, WhatsApp and website.

2. Understand customer requirements and recommend suitable holiday packages.

3. Prepare customized itineraries and travel quotations for destinations across India.

4. Follow up with prospective customers and convert enquiries into confirmed bookings.

5. Coordinate with hotels, transport providers and suppliers.

6. Maintain customer information and sales follow-ups in the company CRM.

7.
