Sales Support/Sales Negotiator

Promote and sell submersible pumps and related products to distributors, dealers, and end-users across residential, agricultural, and industrial segments. Identify new markets and customer segments through market research, field visits, and competitor analysis.Develop strong relationships with dealers.Ensure timely follow-up on leads, quotations, and negotiations to close deals.Meet monthly and quarterly sales targets as assigned by the management.Conduct product demonstrations and technical presentations when required.Provide after-sales support by coordinating with service teams.Monitor and report on market trends, competitor activities, and pricing strategies.Participate in industry exhibitions, trade shows, and promotional activities to generate leads.Maintain accurate records of client interactions and update CRM regularly. .
