Senior Accountant – E-commerce Clients Company: Bliss & Wellness Salary: ₹25,000 – ₹30,000 per month Working Hours: 11:00 AM – 7:00 PM Job Type: Full-Time Experience: 2–5 years preferred Location: [Add your office location] About the RoleBliss & Wellness is looking for a responsible and detail-oriented Senior Accountant to manage accounting and financial operations for our e-commerce clients . The ideal candidate should have practical experience in accounting, GST, TDS, bank reconciliation and preferably working with e-commerce transactions and platforms. Key ResponsibilitiesMaintain accurate day-to-day books of accounts for e-commerce clients. Record and verify sales, purchases, expenses, receipts and payment transactions. Reconcile e-commerce sales, settlements, refunds, returns, cancellations and deductions. Handle accounting for online marketplaces and e-commerce payment gateways. Perform regular bank and ledger reconciliation . Prepare and maintain GST-related records and assist with GST return preparation. Handle TDS calculations, entries and reconciliation . Maintain accounts receivable and accounts payable. Verify invoices, purchase bills and expense documents. Track marketplace commissions, shipping charges, payment gateway fees and other business deductions. Prepare monthly P&L, balance sheet and MIS reports . Coordinate with clients regarding pending invoices, payments and accounting requirements. Identify accounting discrepancies and resolve reconciliation issues. Maintain proper documentation and records for audit and compliance purposes. Assist management with financial reports and other accounting-related requirements. Required SkillsStrong knowledge of accounting principles and bookkeeping. Good working knowledge of Tally Prime . Good knowledge of GST and TDS . Strong knowledge of MS Excel / Google Sheets . Experience with bank and ledger reconciliation. Understanding of e-commerce transactions and marketplace settlements is preferred. Good analytical and problem-solving skills. Strong attention to detail and accuracy. Ability to independently manage multiple client accounts. Qualification & Experience B.Com / M.Com or equivalent qualification preferred. 2–5 years of relevant accounting experience preferred. Candidates with experience handling e-commerce or multiple client accounts will be given preference.
