Content and Social Media Marketing - Internship (Part Time)

About the internship:Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Watch existing podcasts, interviews, lectures, and long-form videos to identify engaging, relatable, and high-potential moments for Instagram Reels, YouTube Shorts, and other short-form content.

2. Create strong hooks, scripts, captions, titles, and content structures from existing recorded material.

3. Identify trending topics, formats, hooks, and content styles relevant to astrology, spirituality, mythology, and related niches.

4. Be available to work from the Noida office at least once a week for content planning, coordination, and review meetings.

5. Review edited videos and provide feedback regarding pacing, hooks, subtitles, graphics, storytelling, and overall content quality.

6. Create and manage weekly and monthly content calendars across Instagram, YouTube, and other social media platforms.

7. Schedule and publish Reels, Shorts, videos, and other content while maintaining consistency across platforms.

8. Assist in converting long-form podcasts and lectures into multiple short-form content pieces and help improve the structure of long-form YouTube videos.

9. Track content performance, including views, retention, engagement, shares, saves, and other metrics, and identify what type of content is performing well.

10. Research new content ideas and suggest topics based on audience interests, current trends, previous high-performing content, and competitor analysis.

11. Maintain an organized content library of raw footage, scripts, edited videos, thumbnails, graphics, and scheduled content.

12. Use AI and productivity tools for research, scripting, content ideation, planning, and workflow management.

13. Coordinate with the team regarding upcoming shoots, podcasts, lectures, launches, courses, and promotional content.

14. Have a genuine interest in astrology, spirituality, mythology, social media, and digital content creation.

15.
