Software Engineer

Desirable / Preferred Qualifications

▪ Work experience with a financial services company or startup is a strong plus

▪ Experience with Azure cloud services (App Services, Functions, Azure SQL, etc.)

▪ Experience working with microservices and cloud-native patterns

▪ Full-stack Developer with expertise in both front-end (Angular) and back-end (API development

with .Net Core)

▪ Knowledge of financial technology and related systems

Essential Skills

▪ Experience in .Net Core 3.0+ and Angular 10+ with a clean code architecture and a code-first

approach

▪ Azure: Hands-on experience with cloud solutions like Azure App Services, Azure Functions, Azure

SQL, Azure Blob Storage, and Azure Active Directory for user authentication/authorization

▪ Micro-services architecture: Understanding of highly scalable, distributed system design patterns

▪ ORM:Familiarity with ORM libraries like Entity Framework

▪ Ability to integrate multiple data sources and databases into a unified system

▪ Knowledge of user authentication and authorization between systems and environments.

▪ Understanding of cloud-native principles and the fundamental design principles behind a scalable

application on Azure

▪ Strong understanding of front-end technologies, such as HTML5, CSS3, and SCSS

▪ Knowledge of package managers and task runners (e.g., npm, nuget)

▪ Proficient in TypeScript

▪ Strong unit test and debugging skills

▪ Proficient understanding of version control tools like Git and Azure Repos

▪ Able to create database schemas that represent and support business processes and data concepts

▪ Maintain and optimize cloud-based applications and API endpoints
