Mechanical Engineer

Key Responsibilities:

• Design, develop, and review mechanical components, assemblies, and systems using CAD tools- Conduct feasibility studies, tolerance analysis, and design validation for new and existing products- Prepare detailed engineering drawings, BOMs, and technical specifications for manufacturing teams- Coordinate with production and quality teams to resolve design-related manufacturing issues- Perform root cause analysis for mechanical failures and recommend corrective and preventive actions- Support equipment installation, commissioning, and preventive maintenance planning- Conduct design reviews and ensure compliance with safety, industry, and quality standards- Collaborate with vendors and suppliers on component sourcing, tooling, and fabrication requirements- Support cost optimization initiatives through design improvements and material selection- Maintain accurate documentation of design changes, test results, and engineering change requests
