HR Recruiter

We are looking for an experienced HR Recruiter to join the recruitment team. The ideal candidate should have strong recruitment experience, preferably within a BPO/Call Center environment, and be capable of managing the end-to-end hiring process.

Key Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end recruitment for BPO/Call Center positions.

Source candidates through job portals, social media, references, and other channels.

Screen and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.

Conduct initial HR screening and coordinate interviews.

Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.

Maintain candidate databases and recruitment trackers.

Achieve hiring targets and ensure timely closure of positions.

Coordinate with hiring managers regarding manpower requirements.

Support onboarding and joining formalities.

Prepare and maintain recruitment reports.

Requirements

2–4 years of experience in HR/Recruitment.

BPO/Call Center recruitment experience is required.

Strong sourcing and candidate screening skills.

Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

Ability to work in a target-driven environment.

Good knowledge of recruitment portals and sourcing channels.

Ability to handle multiple vacancies simultaneously.

Compensation & Perks

Salary: ₹35,000 – ₹40,000 per month
