Sales and Marketing Consultant - Construction Chemicals

We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Sales and Marketing Consultant specializing in construction chemicals to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in sales and marketing within the construction industry, particularly focusing on waterproofing, adhesives, paints, coatings, and emulsions. This role is crucial for driving business development initiatives and expanding our market presence in the Delhi-NCR region, Karnataka, Tamil Nadu, and Uttar Pradesh.

Key Responsibilities:

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to promote our range of construction chemical products, including waterproofing solutions, adhesives, and coatings.
• Identify and pursue new business opportunities in the construction sector, particularly with public works departments (PWD), public sector undertakings (PSU), and railway infrastructure projects.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders, including government agencies, contractors, and project managers.
• Conduct market research to understand customer needs and industry trends, ensuring our offerings remain competitive and relevant.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to create promotional materials and campaigns that effectively communicate the benefits of our products.
• Provide technical support and product training to clients and sales teams, ensuring a thorough understanding of product applications and benefits.
• Monitor sales performance and prepare regular reports to track progress against targets and identify areas for improvement.

Required Skills:

• Proven experience in sales and marketing within the construction chemicals industry.
• Strong knowledge of waterproofing, adhesives, paints, coatings, and emulsions.
• Excellent business development skills with a track record of securing government deals and managing project sales.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Familiarity with the construction industry and its regulatory environment, particularly in relation to public works and infrastructure projects.
