At Quadra, the AWS Cloud Engineer - Infra & Migrations role within our AWS SBU at the Coimbatore Center of Excellence is a strategic platform to architect, deliver, and optimize cloud migration initiatives that drive operational agility and business transformation. Key Responsibilities

Design and implement scalable AWS cloud infrastructure solutions to maximize uptime and operational efficiency

Lead migration of legacy systems to AWS environments, ensuring minimal disruption and robust post-migration reliability

Drive optimization of cloud resource utilization and cost management, balancing performance with spend for measurable ROI

Deliver secure cloud deployments by embedding industry-leading practices and governance controls at all migration stages

Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to ensure alignment between technical execution and client business objectives

Document cloud architectures, migration workflows, and system configurations for knowledge continuity and audit readiness

Monitor and troubleshoot cloud environments, proactively identifying and resolving issues to ensure service continuity

Apply networking fundamentals to architect secure, high-performance, and scalable AWS solutions

Networking Fundamentals : Deep understanding of network architectures, protocols, and security principles critical to AWS infrastructure design and migration

Cloud Migration Concepts : Proven experience with methodologies, tools, and best practices for migrating workloads to AWS

Monitoring and Troubleshooting : Proficiency in monitoring AWS environments and resolving operational issues using tools such as CloudWatch, Datadog, and native AWS diagnostics

Windows Server Administration : Hands-on expertise managing, configuring, and optimizing Windows Server environments within AWS

Documentation and Technical Writing : Ability to produce clear, comprehensive technical documentation for architectures, workflows, and configurations

Good Communication : Effective verbal and written communication skills for stakeholder engagement and technical collaboration

Team Work : Collaborative approach to problem-solving and project delivery within cross-functional teams

Primary Technologies: AWS services (EC2, S3, VPC, IAM), Infrastructure-as-Code (CloudFormation, Terraform), Linux/Windows Server administration

Databases & Systems: RDS, DynamoDB, S3 data migration techniques

Desirable/Preferred Skills

Understanding of network security principles (security groups, NACLs)

Basic experience with monitoring tools (CloudWatch)

Relevant AWS certifications (AWS Certified Solutions Architect - Associate or equivalent)
