Hi,

We are looking for Manager Operations- International & Domestic campaign.

Position: Manager Operations

Salary Package: Rs. 12 LPA to 16 LPA + Other benefits

Joining Date: 30 Days Or Less

Job Location: Pan India

Mode: WFO/Hybrid/WFH

Excellent Communication

Min 2 years of experience in International & Domestic campaign.

Should be working as and Deputy Manager or Manager on papers for International & Domestic campaign.

Should know throughput calculation like Attrition & shrinkage calculation experience

Should have handled min 50-70 agents.

Should handle the team weekly reviews and encourage team to meet organizational goals

Responsible for staff retention within the team.

Should be aware of KPI, RCA, 7QC tools,

Should be only from a BPO voice process
