Accounts Payable Specialist

We are seeking an Accounts Payable Specialist to join our finance team in Haryana. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the accounts payable process, ensuring timely and accurate processing of vendor invoices, and maintaining strong relationships with our vendors. This role requires a detail-oriented individual who can work efficiently in a fast-paced environment and is proficient in SAP and P2P processes.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process and manage vendor invoices in a timely manner, ensuring accuracy and compliance with company policies.
• Reconcile vendor statements and resolve discrepancies in a prompt manner.
• Collaborate with the procurement team to ensure proper vendor management and adherence to payment terms.
• Assist in month-end closing activities related to accounts payable.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation for all accounts payable transactions.
• Support audits by providing necessary documentation and information as required.
