Fabrication Fitter (2-5 Years)

We are looking for a skilled Fabrication Fitter to join our team in Konanakunte. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in constructing and assembling metal structures and components.Key Responsibilities:- Reading Technical Drawings: Interpret and understand blueprints and technical specifications to ensure accurate fabrication of metal parts.- Assembly: Assemble metal components by welding, bolting, or fastening, ensuring solid and precise connections for durability.- Cutting and Shaping Materials: Use tools such as band saws, grinders, and shears to cut and shape metal to required dimensions.- Maintenance of Tools: Regularly inspect and maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety and efficiency during fabrication processes.- Quality Control: Conduct inspections of finished products to ensure they meet safety standards and specifications, making adjustments as necessary.- Collaboration: Work closely with other team members and departments to effectively execute projects and resolve any issues that may arise during production.Required Skills and Expectations:Candidates should possess a minimum of 2 to 5 years of relevant experience as a Fabrication Fitter, with a strong understanding of metal fabrication processes.
