Accounts Manager

Requirements ·    B.Com / M.Com / equivalent qualification in Accounting or Finance. ·    10–15 years of hands on accounting experience. ·    Strong practical knowledge of GST, TDS, Zoho/ERP and MS Excel. ·    Manufacturing company experience preferred particularly where the candidate has exposure to inventory, purchase, production, costing and sales accounting, will be an advantage. ·    Experience in inventory, purchase and cost accounting will be an advantage. ·    Good communication, accuracy, integrity and ability to work independently. ·    Candidates who can join within a reasonable notice period preferred. Key Responsibilities Manage day to day accounting transactions, including sales, purchases, receipts, payments and journal entries. Maintain customer, supplier and general ledgers and perform regular reconciliations. Monitor receivables, payables and outstanding payments. Handle GST, TDS and related statutory records and compliance. Prepare monthly MIS, ageing reports and financial statements/schedules. Perform bank reconciliation and resolve accounting discrepancies. Support monthly closing, audit requirements and coordination with CA/tax consultants. Coordinate with Sales, Purchase, Stores, HR and Management on accounting matters. Maintain accurate financial records and ensure proper documentation and internal controls.
