PQCI Plant Quality Control Incharge Quality Officer

Purpose of the Role

The Plant Quality Control In charge (PQCI) will be responsible for maintaining consistent concrete quality across plant and site operations. The role involves controlling raw material quality, ensuring mix design accuracy, optimizing concrete performance and cost, handling customer complaints, and ensuring compliance with applicable quality standards and testing requirements.

Job Responsibilities (KRA)

Ensure cost control (15%) by optimizing material usage and reducing production losses.

Monitor and manage raw materials (10%) to maintain quality and consistency.

Drive QC statistical analysis & mix design optimization (25%) to improve product performance and efficiency.

Handle and resolve customer complaints (15%) with timely corrective actions.

Support growth of products volume (15%) through quality and performance improvements.

Conduct training & development (10%) programs for technical and operational teams.

Manage audit, calibration & third-party testing (10%) to ensure compliance and standards.

Job Requirements (KPI)

Experience: 58 years of relevant experience in RMC, Concrete Quality Control, or Construction Quality Management

Qualification- Diploma / B.E. / B. Tech Civil Engineering .
