Your Will Be's

Own the end-to-end industrial design vision across multiple wearable product categories, translating ideas into products that seamlessly blend aesthetics, functionality, and manufacturability.

Drive the complete design process—from early concept generation and user-centric ideation to production-ready designs—ensuring every product delivers an exceptional physical and emotional user experience.

Lead CMF (Color, Material & Finish) strategy and exploration, creating premium, differentiated products that reflect the Noise brand identity while remaining commercially viable.

Conduct user research, market analysis, and trend exploration to uncover meaningful insights that shape product design direction and future innovation.

Collaborate closely with Product, Engineering, Supply Chain, Marketing, and external design partners to bring concepts to life while balancing creativity, technical feasibility, cost, and timelines.

Manage multiple design programs simultaneously, ensuring high-quality execution throughout the product development lifecycle—from concept to mass production.

Stay ahead of emerging materials, manufacturing technologies, design trends, and consumer expectations to continuously elevate the product portfolio.

The Ideal Noisemaker

2–4 years of experience designing consumer products, preferably in wearables, consumer electronics, or other compact hardware products.

Graduate from NID Ahmedabad or an equivalent Tier-1 design institution.

Strong portfolio showcasing exceptional industrial design, CMF exploration, sketching, 3D visualization, and production-ready products.

Deep understanding of materials, manufacturing processes, tooling, tolerances, and Design for Manufacturing (DFM).

A strong design thinker who combines creativity with engineering practicality, always keeping the end user at the center of every decision.

Comfortable working across ambiguity, rapidly iterating concepts, and collaborating within highly cross-functional product development teams.

Passionate about building products that not only look beautiful but solve real user problems and successfully scale into mass production.
