Key Responsibilities:

Build and maintain strong relationships with insurance branch managers, advisors, and sales teams. Conduct regular visits to insurance branches to generate loan leads. Promote and sell EMI financing solutions for insurance premium payments. Work closely with insurance advisors and agents to identify potential customers for financing. Assist customers with loan eligibility, documentation, and application process. Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth loan approval and disbursal. Achieve assigned monthly sales and loan disbursal targets. Maintain regular reporting of branch visits, leads generated, and conversions. Provide product training and support to insurance advisors and sales teams.

Strong communication and interpersonal skills Ability to build relationships with Insurance partners Good customer handling and sales skills Basic understanding of loan / EMI / financing products Ability to work in a field sales environment Self-driven and target-oriented mindset

Requirements:

Minimum 2+ years of experience in Insurance Industry Graduate degree (mandatory) Good communication skills in English and regional language Strong relationship management and client handling skills Willingness to travel across assigned branches/locations

Salary & Benefits:

Salary: Metro Cities Up to 35,000 in hand Non-Metro Cities Up to 25000 In hand
