Key ResponsibilitiesLead software development teams across all phases of the SDLCProvide technical leadership in coding, debugging, and system integrationDefine system scope, objectives, and technical solutionsAct as primary technical point of contact for stakeholdersDevelop technical specifications, code, and testing strategiesManage change control, issue resolution, and release activitiesEnsure adherence to coding standards and security practicesDesign and implement REST API-based integration solutionsConduct code reviews and quality assurance checksIdentify and mitigate technical risksMentor developers and provide technical guidanceMaintain documentation for development and testingCollaborate across teams to improve processesStay updated with emerging technologies and industry trendsKnowledge / SkillsStrong programming skills in JavaScript, Java, and Node.jsExperience with Auth0 (Rules, Actions, MFA, Management API)Experience with AWS (Lambda, API Gateway, IAM, CloudFormation)Knowledge of Infrastructure as Code (CloudFormation/Terraform)Strong REST API design and integration expertiseUnderstanding of IAM protocols (OAuth2, OIDC, SAML, JWT, PKCE)Experience with CI/CD pipelines using GitStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsExcellent communication and leadership abilitiesEducation and ExperienceBachelor’s degree in Computer Science or a related field8–10 years of software development experienceExperience leading development teamsExperience in Agile/Scrum environments
