Business Development (Sales) - Internship

About the internship:We are looking for a business development intern who will be responsible for connecting with potential clients regarding the recovery of their shares and guiding them through the complete recovery process. This is primarily a calling, sales, follow-up, and client consultation role. Leads will be provided by the company, and the candidate will be responsible for converting these leads into clients by understanding their requirements, explaining the process, and providing appropriate guidance.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Contact and communicate with company-provided leads regarding share recovery services

2. Understand the client's case and collect relevant information/documents related to their shares

3. Explain the share recovery process, eligibility, documentation, timelines, and other relevant requirements to clients

4. Identify the type and status of the client's case and guide them regarding the appropriate recovery procedure

5. Counsel clients professionally and address their queries related to the recovery process

6. Follow up regularly with interested leads and existing clients to move cases forward

7. Build trust and effectively communicate the benefits of completing the share recovery process through the company

8. Convert qualified leads into clients and achieve assigned sales/conversion targets

9. Maintain proper records of client interactions, follow-ups, case status, and documentation

10. Coordinate with the internal legal/operations team for further processing of client cases

11. Ensure timely follow-up and provide regular updates to clients regarding their cases
