Field Sales - Internship

About the internship:1. Drive sales from the assigned retail kiosk by engaging with walk-in customers and promoting Prime Foods' product portfolio.

2. Deliver an exceptional customer experience by understanding customer needs, recommending suitable products, and addressing product-related queries.

3. Achieve assigned sales targets through effective customer engagement, product demonstration, upselling, and cross-selling initiatives.

4. Ensure product availability, attractive merchandising, and brand visibility at the assigned retail outlet.

5. Maintain the assigned kiosk in accordance with company standards, ensuring cleanliness, organization, and an appealing product display.

6. Monitor stock availability and coordinate with the concerned team for timely replenishment to avoid stock shortages.

7. Maintain accurate records of daily sales, inventory movement, and customer interactions.

8. Collect customer feedback and market insights to support sales growth and improve the overall customer experience.

9. Participate in promotional campaigns and in-store marketing initiatives to increase product awareness and sales.

10. The company's core function is manufacturing and processing agro commodities i.e., spices, dried fruits, lentils, and other food grains. It's an ISO 22000:2005 company where ethics are valued more than anything else. We do our maintaining under two brands: Wazir's for groceries and Nuts & More for dried fruits.Additional information:

Stipend Structure:

Fixed pay: ₹ 10,000 - 15,000 /month

Incentive pay: ₹ 5,000 - 10,000 /month
