Nutrition Coach

Work Mode: Work from Office Working Days: 6 Days a Week Working Hours: 9 hours (8AM – 8 PM) Education: Undergrad / Graduates Position: Health Coach About the Role We are looking for customer-focused and highly articulate Health Coaches who can engage with customers, understand their individual needs, provide personalized guidance/recommendations, and build strong long-term customer relationships. The ideal candidate should have very good communication skills, strong active-listening ability, a consultative approach, and a passion for helping customers .   Key Responsibilities Connect with customers through calls to understand their health-related needs and concerns. Conduct personalized consultations based on customer requirements. Recommend appropriate health/wellness solutions based on the customer's needs and journey. Build trust and establish strong customer relationships through empathetic and professional communication. Preferred Experience Candidates with experience in any of the following backgrounds would be preferred: Health Coach / Wellness Coach / Nutritionist Healthcare Customer Support Tele-counselling / Customer Relationship Management / Customer Success Pre-Sales / Consultative Sales Experience with health-tech, wellness or D2C healthcare brands   Candidates from strong customer-facing BPO/contact-centre backgrounds with excellent communication and consultative skills may also be considered.
