About the internship:As a front-end development intern at Retax Infotech Private Limited, you will have the exciting opportunity to hone your skills in HTML, JavaScript, Tailwind CSS, REST API, React, and Next.js while working on real-world projects with our experienced team. Your role will be pivotal in bringing our innovative digital solutions to life and ensuring a seamless user experience across our platforms.

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collaborate with the design and development teams to implement visually appealing and functional user interfaces.

2. Write clean, efficient, and maintainable code that adheres to best practices and coding standards.

3. Assist in the integration of REST APIs to fetch and display dynamic data on the front end.

4. Work closely with backend developers to ensure smooth communication between the front and back end systems.

5. Test and debug front-end applications to ensure optimal performance and user experience across different devices and browsers.

6. Stay updated on emerging technologies and trends in front-end development to continuously improve our products.

7. Stipend amount as mentioned in the application is standard across the organization and non-negotiableB. The internship shall be of 7 hours/day from Monday to SaturdayC. The minimum internship duration is of 6 monthsD. The internship shall be on probation period during the initial 2 months where the candidate will be provided with the requisite training. Therefore, the stipend amount for these 2 months shall be retained as security deposit by the company. It will be released forthwith upon successful completion of the internship.E. Next.JS is must for getting selected for the internship. Further, interns with graduation or prior work experience will be preferred.F. Interns in our organization are provided with 2 internship options:1. Either a 6-month internship with a stipend of 3000 per month.2. Or, 1 year internship with a stipend of Rs. 3000 per month for the first 6 months and then Rs. [hidden] for the remaining 6 months (decided based on performance).3. Plus, if the intern qualifies, then we provide a job opportunity, as our eligibility criteria for the job is 1 year of experience.4.
