As part of your day-to-day work, you will do  Make outbound calls to existing and prospective customers to upsell/upgrade insurance packages and wellness plans.  Clearly explain product details, features, and benefits to drive conversions.  Maintain and update customer data and call logs in the CRM system.  Meet or exceed daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets and KPIs.  Provide excellent post-sales service to ensure client satisfaction and repeat business. Required Skills & Qualification s  1–3 years of telesales or inside sales experience, preferably in insurance or financial services.  Strong communication skills in Hindi and English (spoken and written).  Ability to build rapport quickly, handle objections, and close sales effectively.  Basic computer literacy for CRM and reporting.  Goal-oriented, self-motivated, and able to work in a target-driven environment.
