Job description
Roles and Responsibilities :
Source top talent for various roles within the BFSI industry through campus hiring, sales hiring, and other channels.
Conduct end-to-end recruitment processes from job posting to onboarding new employees.
Develop and maintain relationships with universities, colleges, and other educational institutions to identify potential candidates.
Design and deliver induction training programs to ensure smooth transition of new hires into their respective roles.
Job Requirements :
3-7 years of experience in HR Recruitment or Talent Acquisition in the BFSI sector.
Proven track record of successful campus hiring campaigns and sales recruitment drives.
Strong understanding of end-to-end recruitment processes including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and onboarding candidates.
